General Enrollment
Medicare doesn't pay for services outside the United States, except for some emergency situations in Mexico and Canada. The Medicare regulations define the United States as the 50 States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and for purposes of services rendered onboard ship, the territorial waters adjoining the land areas of the United States.

Please note, that Medicaid doesn't pay for services outside the United States.

Part B Specific
If you are working and covered by your employer group health insurance, your Part B benefits may be of limited value to you as long as your group health insurance is the primary payer of your medical bills.
