Almost exactly three years, I described and criticized a draft law review article on medical futility by then Georgetown Law student and now Becket Fund for Religious Liberty fellow Meir Katz. That article has now been published at 90 Neb. L. Rev. 1-69 (2011): "When Is Medical Care 'Futile'? The Institutional Competence of the Medical Profession Regarding the Provision of Life-Sustaining Medical Care."
